The Radford Recreation Department offers a variety of fitness classes.

Fitness Class Schedule

Self Defense

Free Women's Self Defense classes are being held every Sunday from 2pm-3pm. Please call (540) 731-3633 for more information or to sign up ahead of time for the class. 


Senior aerobics class that focus on flexibility, posture, strength, and functionality skill of adult daily living. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:45am-11:30am.  

Zumba 1

Let's Dance! We have both Morning & Evening Zumba classes. Morning Zumba is held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:45am-10:30am. Evening Zumba is held on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Pound Fitness 5

Pound Fitness Classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:15pm. First class always free. 

Strong Zumba

Strong by Zumba - Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. Thursdays 6:30am-7:00am.
