rbDigital Magazines is a commercial site that has developed a partnership with libraries through Recorded Books to enable patrons to have free access to a limited number of titles in their collection. As a commercial entity, they want you to establish an account with them so that they know who is accessing their product and perhaps persuade you to purchase your own subscriptions to titles that are not offered to libraries. No, you will have to return to your library account and add it to your personal rbDigital Magazines account. In your rbDigital Magazines account settings, you can choose to receive emails when issues are available or opt out of email notification.
